Tried to scam me into Ebay order of $299. (Scam call) reported by ASH

Told me they were calling to check if I had placed order of $299 on ebay. I declined so he started asking me my personal details etc. When I told him I understood he was trying to scam me and I will not provide any details he immediately disconnected the call.
