Person asked if my name was ------ I answered yes, he then proceeded to tell me he was form Health & Something or other. I responded "You are who? Form where?" He immediately hung up!!

I answered the phone saying hello, they said hi "using my name" and said again is this "using my name" I didn't answer, I said who is calling please, they said is this your name, again I didn't answer, I said who are you and where are you calling from and they cut me off, it's not good, do not give any of your details out and I have blocked them.
