Had a call from this number while at work and it sounded like a call centre according to my wife. Wife requested a contact number from a gentleman to allow me to call later, but when she asked to confirm the number he hung up. Sounds like a scam.

I had several hang up calls from this number today. I actually rang it back and it was answered. A man answered with "Hello." I said I'd had several calls today and wondered who had been ringing me. He asked who he was speaking to and I refused to tell him. I asked who he was and then he said "This is actually the Inland Revenue Department." I gave him an earful; told him that was a load of rubbish, added a few swear words for good measure and hung up on him. So don't bother answering! I don't know what they're after but it can't be good.

No answer then message says "goodbye"! (Silent call) reported by Amanda
This number has rung me twice today, there was no one there either time, but the second time I held on and after about 10 seconds there was a recorded message that said "goodbye" and it disconnected.
