When answering the call, they hang up. When I called, I got female voicemail, from Mercury & recommended going to the website.

I got a call and it was a guy, im guessing pretending to be from Mercury energy saying that I had been over charged with my power. We got into the conversation of me agreeong that i probrly was over charged, He then asked who supplys my power and I said globug. He was then quickly to terminate the conversation and told me have a gpod day. I went to ask what was the ooint of the call and he cut the call off. I tryed to call back and theres some **** answer machine and cuts you off after couple seconds of trying to leave a message. * scammer

THAT PO BOX CONTACT DETAILS ...DON'T LET THE POST OFFICE IN NZ SELL YOUR DATA .. THAT'S HOW THESE SCUM ARE FINDING OUT YOUR DETAILS ...SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED

This number has randomly called my business line over the past couple of weeks- I see from caller id , when I pick up, the call ends; Now I don't pick up when I see this number come up

I emailed Mercury energy, they said they didn't recognize the number reported as one of their internal numbers, it's probably a scam. Besides, my household is already with Mercury, makes no sense of Mercury to cold call a per-existing customer and **** them off. Scammer doesn't know we're already with Mercury, kept trying to push services. Won't stop calling back. Blocked the number now.

No idea how they got my personal mobile number as it is not publicly available. They wanted my icp number, I asked for their rates and then I would tell them my rate, they said their system did not work like that. It may be Mercury energy, but I do not like that they had my mobile number.

Scam pretending to be Mercury Energy. (Telemarketer) reported by Boz
Received a call from this number, when I called back (after blocking my number), i got a recording saying it was Mercury Energy Telemarketer. What's strange is my number is not listed in any phone book or on social media, which means they bought my number from business I have trusted in the past.
