The first call was only listed as '0' on my caller ID. I picked up the phone but didn't say anything and a male with limited english was saying 'Hello, hello' and something else I couldn't understand. He hung up then called again a minute later on the 09 886 0961 number. As soon as I picked up the receiver the caller hung up straight away, without speaking.
