pretended to be microsoft, freezed up my computer & wanted money (Scam call) reported by


My computer froze on a microsoft page telling me to ring this number immediately, so being dumb I did because my daughter had downloaded microsoft stuff a couple of weeks previous so I thought it was something to do with that. They told me to push ctrl and the windows button and took over my computer,they asked for wy email address and phone number which I gave them, they told me there was lots wrong with my computer and then told me I had to pay them to fix it, thats when I smelt a rat and I switched off and unplugged everything and bolted to the bank to warn them.

Popped up on my screen so we rang and they ask to have access to see what's happening and they reckon 16 people trying to hack into my identity and hack into all connections in the house so he cleaned up all the viruses and other **** ?. And said we had to pay $249.99 for network + devices and $349.99 for identity clean up and pay straight away otherwise the laptop will be disabled .... # ****

Pop up came up had malicious pornography detected/Spyware blah blah had ring this number straight away or lose files & dont turn off PC ring had microsoft logo & everything honest legit thought was a Microsoft tech support until he started saying how much it would cost to secure my devices & dont touch my PC for 40 minutes then knew was a scam hang up don't ring or answer any of these numbers punks!!!

Scary message on computer popped up reg thrift etc & 2 call them (Scam call) reported by


I was on a website and this message popped up and I quote "malicious pornography spyware/riskware detected ... then it goes on about how my computer has alerted Google and if I don't urgently call 09-8873-216 my computer will be disabled to protect my identity. So I called the number and I got a ph call straight back from a number +3030 but I ignored the call.
